These Terms & Conditions govern the software development, technical SEO, digital marketing, and IT consulting services provided by MS Digital Branding.

1. Scope of Work & Project Milestones

All development and marketing engagements are executed in accordance with a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW). SOWs define technical milestones, deliverables, tech stacks, and delivery timelines.

2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full final milestone payment, 100% intellectual property, source code, database architectures, and design assets are transferred to the client without recurring licensing fees.

3. SEO & Marketing Integrity

We execute strictly white-hat, Google Search Essentials compliant technical SEO and performance marketing. In alignment with search engine guidelines, we do not claim or guarantee arbitrary #1 keyword rankings.

4. Client Cooperation & Assets

Timely completion depends on the prompt provision of feedback, branding assets, API keys, and staging access by the client.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
