Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MS Digital Branding, we pride ourselves on exceptional technical delivery and milestone-based transparent agreements.

1. Milestone-Based Development Projects

For custom web, mobile application, and software engineering engagements:

• Projects are divided into specific verifiable milestones (e.g. Discovery, UI/UX Prototypes, Core Architecture, Deployment).
• Payments made for successfully completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled before commencement of a subsequent milestone, any unallocated advance funds for future milestones will be refunded within 14 business days.

2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO & Digital Marketing)

Monthly SEO, Google Ads, and marketing retainers can be paused or cancelled with 15 days written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to total client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, our senior project directors will conduct a review and revise the work in accordance with the project SOW.
